Mr. Lee focuses his practice on commercial dispute, particularly matters related to the automotive industry, business law, business purchase and sale, corporate formation/relocation, real estate investment, regulatory compliance with government, tax law, and commercial landlord-tenant matter. He also dedicates substantial amount of time to general commercial cases such as contract reviews, and corporate/business transactions. Mr. Lee has a deep understanding of global corporate operation, having worked for finance of Samsung Electronics in Seoul, Korea.

Being originally born in Seoul, Korea and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Mr. Lee is fluent in Korean and Japanese. He completed the law school and passed the bar in English as a third language. He completed military service at the border of demilitarized zone between North and South Korea.
