Hoil Lee | Attorney

Born in Seoul and raised in Tokyo, Hoil Lee brings a uniquely international perspective to his legal practice. Having lived and worked across Korean, Japanese, and American business cultures, he focuses on helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and international clients navigate legal and commercial matters in the United States.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Lee worked in finance at Samsung Electronics, where he gained firsthand experience with corporate operations and cross-border business practices. That experience continues to shape his practical and business-oriented approach to legal representation.

Mr. Lee founded Lee Law PLLC to provide strategic yet personalized counsel to businesses and individuals, particularly within the Korean-American community in Michigan and beyond. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, business transactions, automotive supplier disputes, commercial real estate, and corporate advisory matters.

Fluent in Korean, Japanese, and English, Mr. Lee regularly assists international clients who face cultural and language barriers while operating in the United States.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Lee is actively involved in nonprofit and community initiatives supporting Korean-American cultural engagement, youth leadership development, and 501(c)(3) organizations focused on arts, education, and community outreach.
